HIMA Z7127 safety control system core module
Hardware structure
Central module: Depending on the system model, there are one or two central modules controlled by the microprocessor that are the core processing units of the module.
Communication interface: there are two RS485 interfaces on the central module, and the transmission rate can reach 57600bps. In addition, depending on the system model, there are one or two communication interface modules for serial, Ethernet or Profibus-DP communication.
Power module: One or two power modules (24VDC/5VDC) that provide 5VDC operating voltage for the central module and control voltage for the input/output module.
Backup power: Batteries mounted on the back of the rack act as backup power for the real-time clock on the SRAM and central module.
Distribution modules: Three 24VDC distribution modules for input and output power supply, with protection (fuse) function.
I/O slot: A slot for digital and analog signal input and output (I/O) modules, up to 13 slots. The I/O module is directly connected to the central module, and the functions required to connect the I/O bus are integrated in the relevant central module.
Other parts: integral cable bracket; Connect and disconnect 24VDC powered auxiliary modules for watchdog signals, fuses, fan operation monitoring and two fans; Diagnostic display and 2 leds for system, I/O level and user program information; Dual-port RAM for fast access to the second central module; Power monitoring (5V system voltage can be tested); Battery monitoring.
Programming and configuration
HIMA PES uses a PC (PADT) with ELOP II tools for programming, configuration, monitoring, operation, and documentation. The loading, testing and monitoring PC is connected to PES via the serial interface RS 485 or bus system.
