HIMA X-DO2401-985210203 Digital output module
Number of channels: With 24 digital output channels, it can simultaneously control 24 different external devices, such as relays, contactors, indicators, etc.
Signal type: The output signal is usually a transistor signal, which can provide a stable level output to control the on-off of external devices.
Isolation characteristics: Similar to the input module, photoelectric isolation or other isolation technology is used between the output channel and the output signal and the module power supply, which can effectively prevent external interference signals from affecting the normal operation of the module, but also avoid the output signal of the module from interfering with other equipment, and improve the stability and reliability of the system.
Diagnostic function: With perfect diagnostic function, it can monitor the status of the output channel in real time, including the on-off, short circuit, open circuit and other faults of the output signal. When a fault is detected, the module will feed back to the operator in time through its own status indicator or system alarm information, so as to facilitate rapid fault location and troubleshooting and ensure the normal operation of the system.
Working voltage: usually 24VDC, with good power supply adaptability, can work stably within a certain voltage fluctuation range, such as the allowed voltage fluctuation range of ±10% or ±20%.
Working temperature range: generally -20 ℃ to + 60℃, can adapt to different industrial site ambient temperature, whether it is in the cold outdoor or high temperature industrial workshop, can operate normally.
Humidity range: The allowed humidity range is generally 5% to 95% non-condensing, with strong moisture resistance, can work reliably in a humid environment.
Communication capability: Supports communication with HIMA’s control system, receives control instructions sent by the central controller through the system’s communication network, and feeds the status information of the output channel to the central controller. Proprietary communication protocols are typically used within HIMA to ensure efficient and reliable data interaction with other HIMA products.
