NI SCXI-1308 32-channel current input terminal module
Functional characteristics
Current-voltage conversion: Equipped with 32 249Ω precision resistors, it can convert 0-20mA and 4-20mA process current sources into voltage, allowing the connected SCXI module to measure the voltage and enabling the data acquisition board to obtain the voltage signal.
Multi-terminal connection: There are 78 screw terminals, among which 32 pairs of screw terminals can be connected to the 32 differential inputs of the SCXI module, 1 pair of terminals can be connected to the chassis ground pin of the module, 3 terminals can be connected to the output, AREF pin and SCXI bus protection of the SCXI module, and the remaining terminals are reserved for future use.
Signal isolation: It adopts a shielded design, which can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference and ensure the stability and accuracy of signal transmission.
Electrical characteristics: The voltage between channels and between channels and ground can reach 30Vrms, 42.4Vpeak or 60Vdc, and the (+) or (-) voltage within the channel is 10Vdc or 10Vrms.
Physical properties
Operating temperature range: Operating temperature is 0°C to 50°C, storage temperature is -20 °C to 70°C, and non-condensing relative humidity range is 5% to 90%.
Applicable modules: It can be used in connection with the SCXI-1102 /B/C and SCXI-1100 modules.
Installation requirements: During installation, an installation guide, SCXI chassis, SCXI-1102 /B/C or SCXI-1100 modules, No. 1 and No. 2 cross-head screwdrivers, as well as 1/10-inch and 1/4-inch flat-head screwdrivers are required. The installation process involves connecting the terminal block module to the front connector of the SCXI module, and then tightening the upper and lower thumb screws at the rear of the SCXI-1308 to ensure firmness.
