Channel characteristics
Number of channels: It has 32 optically isolated digital input channels, which are divided into 8 independent groups, with 4 input lines in each group.
Electrical characteristics
Input signal range: It can detect various AC or DC signals and sense signals ranging from digital logic level signals to a maximum of 240VAC/VDC.
Input current limit: The input current limit is 1mA.
Isolation feature: By adopting optical isolation technology, the ground loop problem is eliminated, and the host computer is isolated from harmful voltages, protecting the computer from the influence of large common mode voltages, ground loops and voltage spikes.

Interface and Connection
** rear connector** : Equipped with a 50-pin male ribbon cable rear connector.
front connector: 48-pin DIN C male front connector. It can be connected to the screw terminals of the SCXI-1326 terminal block, or the TBX-1326 rail-mounted terminal block can be optionally connected to the module through the SH48-48-B shielded cable.

Working mode
** multiplexer mode** : Allows a data acquisition instrument to read 32-bit digital modes from the information registers of one or more SCXI modules via the SCXI bus using the serial data protocol. This mode can use up to 5 DIO lines of the data acquisition instrument at most.
parallel mode: Each module is directly connected to digital I/O data acquisition devices, such as 503 (DIO-24), 6533 (DIO-32 HS), 6534 and 6508 (DIO-96), etc.

Serial data rate: 1000 words per second.
Warranty: A three-year warranty is usually provided.
Driver software: Use NI-DAQ 7 software for driving. In the parallel mode, the propagation delay is 1.5ms.
