Characteristics
Multiple input types: Supports multiple input signal types, including strain gauges, thermocouples, DC voltages, etc. This enables it to be used in conjunction with various types of sensors, meeting different measurement requirements. For instance, in a complex industrial monitoring scenario where stress, temperature and voltage need to be measured simultaneously, it can be connected to the corresponding sensors for synchronous measurement.
Flexible channel configuration: It usually has multiple channels (such as 8 channels), and each channel can be independently configured for different input types and measurement ranges. This flexibility enables users to personalize each channel based on the characteristics of different sensors and measurement requirements in practical applications, thereby enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of measurements.
High-precision measurement: By adopting advanced analog front-end technology and high-precision A/D converters, it can provide high-precision measurement results. For strain gauge measurement, the accuracy can reach within ±0.1% of the full scale. For thermocouple measurement, temperature changes can be accurately measured, with an accuracy usually around ±1℃, depending on the type of thermocouple and the measurement range.
Signal conditioning function: Each channel integrates a complete signal conditioning circuit, including programmable gain amplifiers, filters, etc. The programmable gain amplifier can automatically or manually adjust the gain multiple according to the size of the input signal, generally ranging from 1 to 1000, to optimize the measurement resolution. The filter can effectively filter out noise and interference in the signal. The cut-off frequency can be set through software, which can adapt to signals with different frequency characteristics and improve signal quality.
