Processor: It adopts the MC68030 enhanced 32-bit microprocessor with 16, 25 or 33.33MHz, featuring on-board cache for instructions and data, which can increase the processor efficiency by 20% – 40%. The MC68030 also features a complete memory management unit (MMU), providing software protection and virtual memory functions.
Coprocessor: Equipped with 16, 25 or 33.33MHz MC68882 floating-point coprocessors, it supports full floating-point operations, trigonometric operations, etc., and is suitable for instrument functions and built-in constant calculations.
Memory: There are 4, 8, 16 or 32MB shared DRAM, programmable peering, as well as 4K x 8 SRAM and a battery-powered clock to ensure that clock information and some key data can still be retained after the system is powered off.
Storage interface: Four 28/32-pin ROM/PROM/EPROM/EEPROM 16-bit wide sockets are provided, which can be used to expand storage or store system programs, configuration information, etc.
