Functional characteristics
Signal processing capability:
Analog signal processing: It has the functions of collecting, filtering, amplifying and analog-to-digital conversion of multi-channel analog signals. The analog input channel may have 8-16 channels, which can process different types of analog signals such as voltage, current, temperature, pressure, etc., and the sampling accuracy can reach 12-16 bits to ensure accurate signal processing.
Digital signal processing: The digital signal can be processed and analyzed quickly, such as Fourier transform, convolution operation, etc., for fault diagnosis, condition monitoring and other applications. Communication function:

External communication: Provide communication interfaces with external devices or systems, such as Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, etc., to facilitate data interaction with upper computer, remote monitoring system, etc., to achieve remote control and monitoring.
Control function: According to the processed signal and the preset control algorithm, the corresponding control instructions are generated to accurately control the industrial equipment. For example, adjust the speed of the turbine, the output power of the generator, and so on.
Physical characteristics
Size and mounting: Typically designed as standard printed circuit board sizes to fit the chassis structure of the Mark VIe system for easy installation and maintenance. It may be connected to the chassis by inserting and pulling or fastening screws.
Working environment: can work in a wide range of temperature, humidity and electromagnetic interference environment. The operating temperature range may be between -20°C and 60°C, the relative humidity range is 5%-95% non-condensing, and has good electromagnetic compatibility to resist electromagnetic interference in industrial sites.
