GE IS200DAMCG1A Printed circuit board
The GE IS200DAMCG1A is a General Electric (GE) Mark VI series printed circuit board for drive control.
Function: Is a gate-driven amplifier and interface board that, in the low-voltage innovative series of drivers, acts as an interface between the device responsible for switching power (IGBT) and the control rack, responsible for amplifying the control signal from the inverter card and transmitting it to the gate driver in the drive system.
LED indicators: There are four LED indicators, two yellow (DS1 and DS2) and two green (DS3 and DS4). DS4 and DS2 are located at the bottom of the left half of the printed circuit board and are identified as LFF and LON; DS1 and DS3 are located near the top of the right half of the board and are identified as UON and UFF to indicate the status of the IGBT.
Power input: Power input is + 15/-7.5V.
Electrical parameters: Voltage ratings up to 690 volts and current ratings up to 1700 amps for high power applications.
Signal isolation and protection: The board contains six optocouplers for signal isolation and protection, and a microprocessor for control and monitoring functions.
Fault detection: Features fault detection and reporting to help diagnose and troubleshoot problems in the drive system.
Size: 22.8cm×6.6cm×2.2cm.
