GE IS200AEPAH1A Printed circuit Board
The GE IS200AEPAH1A is a printed circuit board manufactured by General Electric (GE) for use in Mark VI or Mark VIe control systems.
Function and interface
Function Description: For alternative energy pitch axis, is a revised version of the original IS200AEPAH1 board.
Input and output types: 8 analog inputs, 1 incremental encoder input, 1 absolute encoder input, 1 analog output, 20 discrete inputs, 1 discrete output, 8 relay outputs, 2 RS-485 interfaces, 1 brake control output.
Hardware design
Appearance: There is an optional auxiliary plate, which is fixed to the motherboard by screws. There are two male pin connectors in the upper left corner of the motherboard for communication with the main processor board.
Components: The board has multiple integrated circuits, two female phone plugs, a three-pin female connector, two light-emitting diodes, twelve relays, six metal oxide varistors, and seventeen female vertical connectors with pins ranging from 2 to 20. In addition, there are several large factory-made holes on the surface of the board, most of which are electroplated holes for voltage storage and protection.
Other parameters
Manufacturer: GE Energy.
Series: Mark VIe Wind.
Function abbreviation: AEPA.
PCB coating: conformal coating.
In addition, the board’s operating temperature range is -30 °C to 70°C, anti-interference capability meets IEC electromagnetic compatibility standards, and supports real-time monitoring and alarm.
