GE IS200AEADH1A Input/output grid fork
The GE IS200AEADH1A is an input/output grid forks manufactured by General Electric (GE) as part of the GE Mark VIe family of wind turbine control systems.
Functional use: It is used to connect and manage input/output signals in control systems to ensure the reliability of data transmission and signal integrity in industrial applications, in wind turbine control systems to provide a reliable and efficient interface between the control system and field equipment, to manage input and output operations, in control architectures, to facilitate grid connectivity and signal processing plays a key role.
Appearance design: It is a rectangular circuit board with no attached front panel and factory-made holes in the corners of the circuit board to facilitate various installation methods. There are three vertical pin terminal blocks, each with twelve pins, placed on the board in a parallel arrangement, as well as a variety of other types of PCB connectors, including prick connectors, plug connectors, and a right Angle connector that extends over the entire right edge of the printed board. In addition, the board includes two heat sink assemblies, eight relays, wire-wound resistors, resistors made of other materials, a series of capacitors and integrated circuits.
Technical parameters: GE Energy; Series: Mark VIe Wind; The component number is IS200AEADH1A. Function abbreviated as AEAD; Function description for input/output grid fork module; PCB coating is conformal coating.
Additional features: Enhanced protection against environmental factors such as dust, moisture and chemical exposure thanks to the conformal coating design ensures the module’s service life and reliability in challenging operating environments.
