Hardware performance:
Processor: The 700MHz Pentium-III microprocessor is equipped with strong data processing capabilities and floating-point operation capabilities, which can quickly process complex control algorithms and logic to meet the real-time and accuracy requirements of industrial automation systems.
Memory: Equipped with 10MB battery backup user memory and 10MB non-volatile flash memory. The battery backup memory is used to save critical data and programs in case of power failure, ensuring that the system can run normally after recovery. Flash memory can store user programs, configuration information and data records, etc., which is convenient for system debugging, upgrade and maintenance.
Communication capability:
Ethernet interface: Support Ethernet communication, through the Ethernet interface can achieve high-speed data transmission and remote monitoring with other devices or systems. The user can monitor the PLC through the web browser, which is convenient for remote operation and management.
Serial port: Has 3 serial ports, including RS-232 port and RS-485 port, support Modbus RTU slave station, SNP, Serial I/O and other communication protocols, can communicate with other devices with corresponding interfaces, to achieve data exchange and collaborative work.
Functional features:
Hot standby redundancy: Supports hot standby redundancy and is used with the redundant memory switch module IC698RMX016. The system uses two cpus, one as the active unit to control the process, and the other as the backup unit to synchronize with the active unit. When the active unit fails, the backup unit can seamlessly take over the work to ensure the continuous running of key applications and improve the reliability and stability of the system.
Programming support: Supports a variety of programming languages, such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram, etc., to facilitate engineers with different technical backgrounds to program and develop. At the same time, it supports automatic positioning of symbol variables, which can use any amount of user memory, improve programming efficiency and code readability.
Module expansion support: Support 90-70 series of discrete and analog I/O modules, communication modules and other modules, but also support all 90-70 series of supported VME modules, strong scalability, can be flexibly configured according to different industrial application needs, protect the user’s existing investment.
