Functional characteristics
Rich output types: Supports voltage and current output, with eight single-ended output channels, providing a wide range of output signals from 0 to + 10 volts (unipolar), -10 to + 10 volts (bipolar), 0 to 20 mA, and 4 to 20 mA.
High resolution: Resolution ranges from 15 to 16 bits depending on the output type configured.
Fast updates: Each channel is updated at 8ms intervals.
Fault detection and handling: When running in current mode, it has an internal fault detection function, such as line disconnection fault, which can be viewed in CPU diagnosis. Supports keeping the last known value before the system power outage, and can also be configured to reset to zero.
Technical parameter
User power supply voltage: the nominal value is + 24V DC, the external power supply voltage range is 20V DC to 30V DC, and the external power supply voltage ripple is 10%.
Internal power supply voltage: +5V DC, provided by the PLC backplane.
Isolation: Between the field and the backplane (photoelectric) and the ground of the frame, it can withstand 250V AC continuous voltage and 1500V DC for 1 minute.
Power consumption: 110mA from + 5V DC PLC backplane power supply, 315mA from + 24V DC user power supply.
Application scenarios: The module can be used to simulate control loops where modulation control is required in addition to on/off control. The PID controller can be internally linked to the controller for automatic control and manual loaders, and can also be interacted with process data recorders, measuring instruments and other equipment, widely used in CNC machinery, metallurgy, oil and gas, paper printing and other industries.
