GE IC200ALG264 Analog input module
Input channels: With 15 single-ended analog input channels, it can accept 4-20mA and 0-20mA input signals.
Resolution: Digital conversion resolution is 15 bits, analog resolution is 0.5μA=1 count (4-20mA range) and 0.625μA=1 count (0-20mA range).
Accuracy: +/-0.5% input accuracy (typical value) and +/-0.25% full-scale maximum at ambient temperatures of 0-3 degrees Celsius and +/-60% full-scale maximum at ambient temperatures of 1-0 degrees Celsius.
Update rate: The maximum update rate is 7.5ms.
Diagnostic function: The ability to detect error conditions such as internal power loss in both operating modes and open circuit detection when operating only in 4-20mA mode. These diagnostic states are reported to the CPU for error indication and correct display to the Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
Working mode setting: Use the terminal jumper to set the mode or range. When the terminal is configured with 4 to 20mA, remove the jumper cable. This is the default configuration. The procedure for installing a jumper is 0-20mA.
Status indicator: The built-in module OK LED status indicator indicates that the module has successfully powered on and downloaded a valid configuration.
Current consumption: The maximum current consumption of the backplane is 100mA.
Electrical characteristics: 250VAC continuous operation, 1500VAC lasting 1 minute; No isolation between channels; Isolation ratings are 350VAC continuous and 1500VAC one minute.
The module is a compact multifunctional input module designed to be installed in remote locations and transmit I/O data over industrial communication protocols. It provides an interface for 15 different current inputs, enabling different devices to connect to the main processor and run perfectly on backplane power, while connected user transceivers require external power.
