GE HE700GEN200 dual-channel interface module
Functional features:
Interface function: It is mainly used for interface connection with GE Fanuc VME rack, enabling related devices to communicate through Genius network, facilitating data interaction and collaboration with other devices that support Genius protocol in industrial control system.
DIP switch configuration: It can be configured through the DIP switch on the board, and the user can flexibly adjust the working parameters and communication addresses of the module according to the specific application requirements and system Settings to adapt to different industrial control scenarios.
Noise reduction circuit: each input terminal near the signal input point is provided with a filter, which can effectively reduce high-frequency noise and control surge, improve the stability and reliability of the signal, reduce the influence of external interference on the input signal, and ensure that the module can accurately receive and process the signal.
Electrical characteristics:
Input type: 24 dry contact input, can be connected to a variety of dry contact signal sources, such as switches, relays and other contact output, to achieve the monitoring and control of external equipment status.
Working voltage: usually 220V, suitable for the power supply conditions of most industrial sites, can work stably in a wide voltage range, with a certain ability to adapt to voltage fluctuations.
Mechanical characteristics:
Installation method: Suitable for standard VME rack installation, convenient installation and layout in the industrial control cabinet, compatible with the VME bus system, easy to integrate and expand the system.
Terminal design: The wiring for the 24 dry contact input is directly connected to the two I/O terminals of the terminal board, each block has 24 terminals and can accommodate up to 12 AWG of wire. Two screws hold the blocks in place and they can be unplugged from the board for maintenance, facilitating installation, commissioning and repair work on site.
