GE HE693THM666 Thermal simulation input module
Input type: Support a variety of thermal resistance and thermocouple types, including PT100, PT500, PT1000 and other thermal resistors, as well as K, J, T, E, R, S, B and other thermocouples. This compatibility makes it possible to connect with a wide variety of different types of temperature sensors, adapting to different measurement ranges and accuracy requirements.
Measurement accuracy: It has a high measurement accuracy, generally up to ±0.1% or higher, and can accurately convert the temperature signal into a digital quantity to provide accurate temperature data for the control system.
Resolution: Typically with a resolution of 12 bits or more, analog signals are converted to finer digital values, helping to improve the accuracy and stability of temperature measurements.
Functional characteristics
Cold end compensation: For thermocouple input, the module has a cold end compensation function, which can automatically compensate the influence of ambient temperature on thermocouple measurement to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
Linearization: The nonlinear characteristics of the thermal resistance and thermocouple can be linearized, so that the output digital signal has a linear relationship with the actual temperature, which is convenient for the control system to calculate and process.
Fault diagnosis: With built-in fault diagnosis function, it can detect the fault of the sensor, short circuit and so on, and notify the control system through the corresponding status bit or alarm signal, so as to facilitate the maintenance personnel to discover and eliminate the fault in time.
