HIMA H51Q-MS safety module
System structure:
The H51Q series features a standard modular construction consisting of a 5-unit high 19-inch rack and up to 16 4-unit high 19-inch input/output sub-racks. The central rack includes the central unit, interfaces, communication modules, monitoring and power modules.
The system is a QMR-Quadruple Modular Redundant (QMR-Quadruple Modular Redundant), that is, the central control unit of the system has four microprocessors, each two microprocessors are integrated on a CU module, and then two of the same CU modules constitute the central control unit. The dual 1oo2D structure, i.e. 2oo4D structure, is used to provide high availability.
Performance characteristics:
High reliability: The physically completely separated redundant structure eliminates the fatal risk caused by the failure of the common part. The redundant mode of parallel operation avoids the disturbance that may be caused when the card is switched, and realizes the real sense of “hot swap”.
Strong security: in line with international safety standards, such as IEC 61508, IEC 61511, EN 954-1, etc., to provide strong security for industrial production.
Flexible configuration: The optional redundancy configuration enables the system design to have great flexibility, and can be configured according to different requirements to adapt to various application scenarios. At the same time, low-density I/O modules further spread the risk of card failure.
Rich communication functions: support a variety of communication protocols and interfaces, such as Profibus-DP, Ethernet, RS485, etc., to facilitate data exchange and communication with other equipment, can be easily integrated into a variety of industrial automation systems.
