Series: Mark V series, which has a wide range of applications and high reliability in the field of industrial control.
Function: As a contactor guide board, it is used to control and monitor the working state of the contactor. In the industrial automation system, it can achieve accurate control and management of the contactor of the motor, valve and other equipment.
Hardware design: Equipped with 1 12-pin connector and 2 2-pin connectors for easy connection with other devices. There are also 4 terminals, up to 12 signal lines can be connected to facilitate line access and management. The board is equipped with 24VDC, 15A socket power relay to provide stable power for related equipment.

Electrical characteristics: The coil voltage of the contactor component is 115V DC, and the input 115V AC voltage can be converted to 105V DC voltage, and the contactor component can be closed with full voltage. Voltage regulation is achieved through voltage limiting hardware components such as rectifiers, capacitors and diodes to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
Physical characteristics: Approximately 4 inches x 3.5 inches, the surface has a thick layer of ordinary printed circuit board surface coating, which can enhance its wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can adapt to harsh industrial environments.

Installation precautions: Because the relay has moving parts inside and is high, protruding from the surface of the board, it should be carefully installed to avoid impact damage. When sliding the board into the drive cabinet, make sure that the field of view is clear, slowly insert and align with the screws on the rack, and take care not to tighten the screws so that the board is cracked.
