Input characteristics
Number of input channels: Usually, there are two configurations: 8 channels or 16 channels. You can choose according to actual needs, which is convenient for simultaneously connecting multiple analog sensors for data acquisition.
Signal type: Supports multiple analog input signals, including but not limited to 4-20mA current signal, 0-10V voltage signal, 0-5V voltage signal, etc. Through software or hardware configuration, the type of signal received by each channel can be flexibly set to adapt to the output characteristics of different sensors.
Input accuracy: Generally, it can reach ±0.1% FS (full scale), ensuring that the collected analog data has high accuracy, effectively reducing measurement errors, and providing a reliable data basis for precise control and analysis.
Resolution: It has a resolution of 12 or 16 bits, which means it can provide a more detailed quantization level when converting analog signals to digital signals. For instance, a 16-bit resolution can divide a full-scale signal into 65,536 different quantization levels, thereby more accurately reflecting the minute variations of analog signals.
