GE 489-P1-HI-A1-E Generator management relay
Phase current input: P1 indicates that the phase current input of the relay is 1A phase CT secondary power supply, which is suitable for matching current transformers of corresponding specifications to accurately measure the current signal of the generator and provide data basis for protection and control functions.
Control power supply: HI stands for high voltage control power supply, its voltage range is 90-300V DC or 70-265V AC, the frequency is 48-62Hz. This wide voltage range input design allows the relay to operate stably under different power system voltage conditions and adapt to a variety of industrial applications.
Analog output: A1 indicates that the relay has an analog output of 0-1mA. The analog output signal can be used to transmit information such as the electrical parameters measured by the relay to other devices, such as PLCS or data acquisition systems, for further processing, monitoring and recording.
Enhanced function: E stands for enhanced display, equipped with a larger LCD display, compared with the ordinary model, can more clearly and intuitively display the operating status of the generator, fault information, measurement parameters and other content, and may have a more friendly human-machine interaction interface, convenient for users to perform local operation and monitoring, such as parameter setting, function debugging, etc.
Product functions: As a generator management relay, it has a variety of protection functions, can be a comprehensive protection and monitoring of the generator. For example, with overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, reverse power protection, loss of magnetic protection, grounding fault protection, etc., can quickly detect various abnormal conditions during the operation of the generator, and take timely protective measures, such as sending an alarm signal or triggering the trip action to prevent the generator from being damaged. At the same time, it may also integrate data recording and analysis functions, which can record the operating data of the generator, such as the change trend of parameters such as current, voltage, power, etc., which is convenient for users to troubleshoot and maintain the equipment. Through the analysis of historical data, potential faults can be discovered in advance, preventive maintenance can be achieved, and the reliability and operation efficiency of the generator can be improved.
Application scenario: Widely used in the protection and management of all kinds of generator systems, including power plants, self-provided power stations, substations and other places in the industrial field, suitable for induction generators and synchronous generators, can help users to achieve reliable protection of generators, real-time monitoring and efficient management, to ensure the stable operation of generators, reduce downtime, reduce maintenance costs.
