BENTLY 3500/61-01-00 Temperature monitoring module
Functional characteristics
Six-way temperature monitoring: provides six channels of temperature monitoring, can simultaneously measure and monitor the temperature of six different points, suitable for industrial equipment that needs to centrally monitor the temperature of multiple parts.
Dual-type signal input: can accept resistance temperature detector (RTD) and thermocouple (TC) two types of temperature input signals, can be adapted to a variety of temperature sensors, to meet the temperature measurement requirements in different industrial scenarios.
Signal processing and alarm: The input temperature signal is conditioned and then compared with the user programmable alarm setpoint. When the temperature exceeds the set alarm threshold, the module will send an alarm signal to remind the operator to deal with it in time, which helps to prevent equipment faults or safety accidents caused by abnormal temperature.
Recorder output: The function of the 3500/60 module is basically the same, except that the 3500/61 provides a recorder output for each of the six channels to facilitate the recording and tracing of temperature data.
Configuration options
I/O module type: Internal terminals of the RTD/TC non-isolated I/O module (01), external terminals of the RTD/TC non-isolated I/O module (02), internal terminals of the TC isolated I/O module (03), external terminals of the TC isolated I/O module (04), and RTD/TC non-isolated I/O modules Modules with internal barriers (05) and other options.
** agency approval option** : 00 (none), 01 (CSA/NRTL/C (Class 1, Div 2)), 02 (ATEX/IECEx/CSA (Class 1, Zone 2)) and other options are available.
In a triple module redundancy (TMR) configuration, the temperature monitors must be installed next to each other in groups of three, and the system uses two voting methods to ensure accurate operation and avoid a single point of failure.
