Bently 3500/50-03-GCN speed monitoring module
Functional use
It is mainly used to accurately measure the rotating speed of the rotating machinery and provide key data for the monitoring of the operating status of the equipment. By receiving signals from the key phaser or other speed sensors, the module can calculate and display the machine’s speed in real time, while also providing alarm and protection functions related to speed.
It helps operators know whether the device speed is within the normal range in a timely manner, so that they can take appropriate measures when an exception occurs, and avoid equipment damage or production accidents caused by abnormal rotational speed.
Technical parameter
Input signal: can receive a variety of types of speed sensor signals, such as magnetoelectric, photoelectric sensor signals, etc., the frequency range of the input signal is usually 1Hz to 10kHz.
Measuring range: Can adapt to the measurement requirements of different speed ranges, generally can measure the speed range of 0 to 10,000 RPM or higher, depending on the configuration and application scenario.
Measurement accuracy: has a high measurement accuracy, usually up to ±0.1% or higher, to ensure accurate monitoring of speed.
Output signal: provides analog output (such as 4-20mA) and digital output (through a communication interface), analog output signal is proportional to the measured speed, easy to connect with other control systems or monitoring equipment.
Communication and configuration
Communication interface: Supports communication with other modules of the 3500 monitoring system, and can transmit data with the host computer or remote monitoring system through the Ethernet interface to achieve remote monitoring and diagnosis.
Configuration: It can be flexibly configured through the 3500 framework configuration software, including setting measurement parameters, alarm thresholds, filtering options, etc., to adapt to the monitoring requirements of different machines.
