Functional characteristics
Speed measurement: It can accurately measure the speed of rotating equipment, and can adapt to different speed ranges to meet the monitoring needs of various industrial rotating machinery. By processing the input signal of the sensor, the accurate speed value display and output are provided.
Phase detection: With the phase detection function, it can determine the specific position of the rotating part in the rotation cycle, which is important for the analysis of the vibration characteristics of the equipment, unbalance and fault location. For example, phase information can be used to determine whether the source of vibration is due to unbalance, misalignment or other factors of the rotor.
Multi-channel input: Usually with multiple input channels, multiple speed or phase sensors can be connected to achieve comprehensive monitoring of complex rotating systems. Different channels can be configured to measure different coaxial speeds or phase information at different positions on the same axis, improving the flexibility and comprehensiveness of monitoring.
Signal processing and output: The input sensor signal is filtered and amplified to eliminate noise interference and ensure the accuracy of measurement. At the same time, provide a variety of output methods, such as analog signal output (such as 0-10V, 4-20mA, etc.), digital signal output (such as RS485, Profibus and other communication protocols), easy to integrate with other control systems or monitoring equipment.
Alarm and protection function: the alarm threshold of speed and phase can be set. When the measured value exceeds the set range, the module will send an alarm signal to remind the operator to take measures in time. In addition, it can be linked with the device’s protection system to trigger shutdown or other protective actions in an emergency to prevent damage to the device.
Technical parameter
Input characteristics: It can accept input signals from many types of sensors such as magnetic speed sensors and photoelectric sensors, and the frequency range of input signals is usually 0-10kHz or wider, depending on the model and configuration. The input impedance is generally about 10kΩ to match the output characteristics of the sensor.
Measurement accuracy: The speed measurement accuracy is usually up to ±0.1% or higher, and the phase measurement accuracy is up to ±1°, ensuring high-precision monitoring data.
Output characteristics: The analog output signal accuracy is ±0.5% F.S. (full scale), the digital output communication rate can be configured according to actual needs, such as RS485 communication rate can be selected between 9600bps – 115,200 BPS.
Working environment: The operating temperature range is generally -40 °C to + 85°C, the humidity range is 5%-95% non-condensing, can adapt to harsh industrial environmental conditions.
Power requirements: 24V DC power supply is usually used, allowing a certain fluctuation range of power supply voltage, such as ±10%, to ensure the stable operation of the module.
