Functional characteristics
Multi-channel monitoring: As a four-channel monitor, multiple parameters can be monitored simultaneously, such as radial vibration, thrust orientation, REBAM, acceleration, differential expansion, eccentricity, speed, etc. Channels are set in pairs so that up to two specified functions can be performed simultaneously, for example channels 1 and 2 can perform one function, while channels 3 and 4 perform another or the same function.
Real-time monitoring and alarm: It can continuously monitor the vibration of the equipment and provide real-time data feedback. When the vibration of the equipment is detected beyond the set threshold, the alarm function is triggered to alert the operator to the abnormal situation of the equipment.
Spectrum analysis and historical data recording: Support spectrum analysis function, can perform spectrum analysis of vibration data, identify fault frequency and abnormal vibration mode. At the same time, it has a historical data recording function, which can record vibration data and save historical records for subsequent analysis and fault diagnosis.
Communication interface and industrial-grade design: Supports communication with other monitoring systems or data acquisition systems for data sharing and integration. With a durable industrial grade design, it is suitable for long-term use under harsh industrial environmental conditions.
