Bently 3500/40-07-GCN displacement monitor module
Functional use
It is mainly used for the displacement monitoring of rotating machinery, and can accurately measure the radial displacement and eccentricity of the shaft. By cooperating with the eddy current sensor, real-time monitoring of the displacement of mechanical equipment provides key data support for the safe operation of equipment, helps to predict and prevent equipment failures, and avoids equipment damage and production accidents caused by abnormal displacement.
Technical parameter
Input characteristics: The input impedance is usually 10kΩ, which can receive the signal from the eddy current sensor, and the frequency response can meet the requirements of vibration monitoring of rotating machinery.
Output characteristics: The output impedance is generally 550Ω, providing a variety of output signals, such as analog output (usually 4-20mA), which can be easily connected to other control systems or monitoring equipment for further data processing and analysis.
Measurement range: Can adapt to different measurement requirements, for example, the displacement range can be measured from a few microns to a few millimeters, depending on the sensor and configuration selected.
Accuracy: With high measurement accuracy, it can be accurate to the micron level to ensure accurate monitoring of equipment displacement changes.
Appearance and structure
Dimensions: Approximately 9.50 inches x 0.96 inches x 9.52 inches.
Weight: About 0.91kg.
Front panel: Indicators, such as the OK indicator, the TX/RX indicator, and the Bypass indicator, are installed on the front panel to show the normal operating status of the module, and the communication status.
