Functional characteristics
Multi-channel independent control: As a full-height module, 16 relay output channels are provided, each output can be independently programmed through 3500 rack configuration software to execute the required voting logic, and the relay action mode can be flexibly set according to different monitoring conditions and requirements to meet a variety of complex control needs.
Alarm driver logic: Each relay of the module contains alarm driver logic, programmed using “and” and “or” logic, which can be programmed with alarm inputs (alarm and danger states), uncertain states, individual measurement variables from any combination of monitoring channels or any monitoring channels on the rack to achieve accurate monitoring and response to device status.
Status indicator: The front panel is equipped with LED indicators, including OK indicator (on when the module is working normally), TX/RX indicator (blinking when communicating with other modules in the 3500 rack) and channel alarm indicator (on when the relay channel is in the alarm state), so that users can quickly understand the working status of the module.
Relay operation mode Optional: For four groups of four channels, the normal closed (ND) or normal open (NE) operation mode can be selected through the switch, increasing the flexibility of the application.

Electrical parameters: Standard rated voltage is 250Vrms, relay type is single pole double throw (SPDT), contact life is 100,000 cycles, average power consumption is 5.8W.
Environmental parameters: The working and storage temperature range is generally -20 ℃ to + 70℃, which can adapt to a variety of industrial environments.
Application scenario
Industrial equipment monitoring and protection: widely used in power, petrochemical, metallurgy, paper and other industries, for large rotating machinery such as steam turbines, generators, compressors and other monitoring and protection systems.
