Structural design
Size specifications: The full size frame is a 19-inch EIA frame with 14 available module slots available in 19-inch EIA rail mount, panel mount, or wall mount; The mini frame is 12 inches wide and has seven available module slots, which can be mounted on a panel or in a 19-inch EIA rail via an optional connection plate, not in a panel mount form.
Module layout: The leftmost end of the frame is reserved for two power modules and a frame interface module, and the remaining slots can be occupied by any combination of monitor, display module, relay module, keying module and communication gateway module. All modules are inserted into the base plate of the frame, consisting of the front panel section and the corresponding I/O module at the back of the frame, with the wiring done at the back of the frame.
Functional characteristics
Support a variety of modules: can accommodate a variety of functional modules, such as displacement monitor module, speed module, temperature monitor, relay module, etc., can be flexibly configured according to the actual monitoring needs, to achieve a variety of parameters of rotating and reciprocating machinery monitoring, such as vibration, displacement, speed, temperature, etc.
Power supply redundancy design: Single power supply or redundant dual power supply can be used, and redundant power supply can be supplied by different voltage sources. When the active power supply is faulty, the backup power supply automatically takes over the functions of the active power supply to prevent frame interruption and improve system reliability and stability.
With the framework interface: through the framework interface module to achieve the connection with the configuration, display and status monitoring software, support proprietary protocols, can configure the framework, and extract the framework data and status information, but also provide the framework self-test function.
Application field
Suitable for rotating and reciprocating machinery in a variety of industries, especially for automatic shutdown machinery protection systems with high reliability and availability requirements, fully in line with the American Petroleum Institute API 670 standard for such systems, such as petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, aerospace and other industries critical machinery equipment monitoring.
