Working principle: Based on the eddy current effect, the high-frequency magnetic field generated by the sensor probe induces eddy current on the conductive metal surface near it, and the magnetic field generated by the eddy current reacts on the probe, causing the impedance of the probe coil to change. By measuring the impedance change, the distance between the probe and the metal surface is detected, so as to measure the displacement, vibration and other parameters of the object.

Sensitivity: Up to 0.1μm/division, can capture extremely fine vibration or displacement signals.
