Bently 177313-02-02 TK-3E calibrator
Functional characteristics
Static calibration: This is done with an additional micrometer to check the sensor system and calibrate the displacement monitor. The universal probe mount in the microshaft combination accommodates probe diameters from 5 mm to 19 mm for easy probe fixation. Static calibration can be achieved by recording the output of the preprocessor using a voltmeter as the target surface is moving in calibrated increments towards or away from the probe end.
Dynamic calibration: The vibration monitor is calibrated using a tilting disc driven by a motor to simulate dynamic mechanical vibration. A rocker arm retainer on the disc holds the eddy current probe in place. By adjusting the retainer and probe position, the mechanical vibration is measured by a dial micrometer in the calibration device without the need for an oscilloscope. The readings of the vibration monitor can be compared with the known output of the mechanical vibration signal (i.e. the reading taken by the dial meter), which ranges from 50 to 254μm (2 to 10mils) peak-peak values.
Electrical characteristic
Electrical drive: Two voltage ranges are supported: 95-125Vac, 50/60Hz, minimum 1A and 190-250Vac, 50/60Hz, minimum 1A.
Air drive: up to 90psi (6.2bar).
Product advantage
Small size, light weight: easy to carry, easy to use in different field environments.
Universal installation interface: no need to prepare a variety of adapters, can directly install different sizes of eddy current probes, improve the convenience and efficiency of use.
