General characteristics
Number of channels: Usually, there are 8 single-ended analog input channels or 4 differential analog input channels, which can simultaneously collect multiple signals.
Input type: Supports multiple input types, mainly voltage input, and can adapt to the voltage signals output by different sensors.
Electrical characteristics
Input range: It features multiple configurable input voltage ranges, such as ±10V, ±5V, ±2.5V, ±1V, ±0.5V, etc. The appropriate range can be selected based on the amplitude of the actual input signal to ensure the accuracy and resolution of the measurement.
Resolution: Generally, it has A 16-bit A/D conversion resolution, which can precisely convert analog voltage signals into digital quantities, distinguish very small voltage changes, and is helpful for accurately measuring weak signals.
Sampling rate: The sampling rate is relatively high, reaching up to 200kS/s (200,000 samplings per second), enabling rapid collection of dynamically changing signals. It is suitable for measuring rapidly changing physical quantities, such as high-frequency vibration and transient voltage changes.
Accuracy: The measurement accuracy is relatively high. Within the full scale range, the accuracy can reach within ±0.05%, providing reliable measurement results.
Signal conditioning function
Programmable gain amplifier: Each channel is equipped with A programmable gain amplifier. The gain can be set through software programming, typically ranging from 1 to 1000. It can be automatically or manually adjusted according to the size of the input signal, enabling the signal to better adapt to the input range of the A/D converter and improving the measurement accuracy and dynamic range.
Anti-aliasing filter: Built-in anti-aliasing filter is used to filter out high-frequency noise and interference in the input signal that is higher than the Nyquist frequency (half of the sampling rate), preventing aliasing during the sampling process and ensuring the authenticity and reliability of the measurement data. The cut-off frequency of the filter can be set according to the actual application requirements.
