NI PXI-2512 PXI matrix switch module
Specification parameters
Channel configuration: It features 40 independent double-pole double-throw (DPDT) relays, which can be configured in various matrix switch modes, such as 20×2, 10×4, 5×8, and other matrix structures.
Voltage and current: Capable of switching signals up to 200 VDC or 125 VAC, each relay channel can withstand A continuous current of 1 A and a peak current of 3 A.
Bandwidth: DC to 100 MHz, ensuring accurate signal transmission over a wide frequency range.
Isolation: The isolation between channels is greater than 80 dB (at 1 MHz), effectively reducing crosstalk between channels and improving the accuracy and stability of signal transmission.
Functional characteristics
Flexible matrix configuration: Through the software, it can be easily configured into different matrix switch modes to adapt to various test system architectures and signal routing requirements. Users can flexibly route the input signal to different output channels according to the actual application scenarios to achieve complex signal switching functions.
High-speed switching: The relay has a fast switching speed, with a typical switching time of 5 ms, which can meet the requirements of rapid signal switching. It is suitable for test applications that need frequent signal routing switching, such as fast channel switching in automatic test systems and signal time-sharing multiplexing in multi-channel data acquisition systems.
Software support: Supports NI-Switch Executive software, which provides an intuitive graphical interface to facilitate users in configuring, controlling and monitoring the switch matrix. Users can quickly set parameters such as the working mode and channel connection relationship of the switch matrix through simple mouse operations, and can view the switch status and signal routing information in real time. Meanwhile, NI-Switch Executive also provides rich apis, facilitating users to control PXI-2512 programmatically in their own test programs and achieving an automated test process.
