NI PCI-4462 Sound and Vibration Data Acquisition Card
Channel configuration: 4-channel differential input, capable of synchronously collecting 4 signals simultaneously, suitable for sound and vibration monitoring scenarios that require multi-channel synchronous measurement.
Resolution: It adopts a 24-bit resolution ADC, which can precisely quantify the input signal, achieve high-precision measurement, capture the minute changes of the signal, and is very beneficial for analyzing complex sound and vibration signals.
Sampling rate: The maximum sampling rate can reach 204.8kS/s, which can meet the acquisition requirements of most sound and vibration signals and accurately restore the waveform and spectral characteristics of the signals.
Dynamic range: With a dynamic range of 118dB, it can accurately collect and measure signals when both large and small signals are present simultaneously, effectively reducing the impact of distortion and noise.
Input range: With 6 programmable gain Settings, the input range can be from ±316mV to ±42.4V, which can adapt to input signals of different amplitudes. Users can flexibly adjust the gain according to actual measurement requirements to optimize measurement accuracy.
Frequency characteristics: It features a non-aliasing bandwidth of 92kHz. Within the frequency range from DC to 92kHz, it can maintain good amplitude flatness and low distortion characteristics, ensuring the accuracy of the collected signal in the frequency domain.
Other features: It is equipped with software-configurable AC/DC coupling function, allowing for the selection of AC coupling or DC coupling mode based on signal characteristics. Integrated with electronic piezoelectric (IEPE) conditioning, it can be directly connected to sensors with a large dynamic range such as microphones and accelerometers, facilitating users to collect and analyze sound and vibration signals.
