Product information
Honeywell 900A01-0102 8-channel analog input card
Functional characteristics
High-precision signal acquisition: It can accurately collect analog signals, with an accuracy usually reaching ±0.1% or higher. It can accurately convert continuously changing physical quantities on site, such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc., into digital signals for processing and analysis by the control system.
Support for multiple input signal types: It can receive various types of analog input signals, such as 4-20mA current signals and 0-10V voltage signals, etc. It is suitable for different types of sensors and transmitters, and is convenient to connect with various field devices.
Channel isolation protection: Each channel is equipped with electrical isolation function, which can effectively prevent signal interference between channels. At the same time, it can also protect the card and control system from the influence of external electrical interference, improving the stability and reliability of the system.
Fault diagnosis and alarm function: It has an inbuilt fault diagnosis function that can monitor the working status of the card in real time. When abnormal input signals, card faults and other situations are detected, it can promptly issue alarm signals to remind the operator to handle them, which helps to quickly locate and solve problems and reduce system downtime.
Technical parameters
Working voltage: Generally 24V DC. The power consumption of the power supply is relatively low, usually ranging from several watts to tens of watts, depending on the working status of the card and the situation of the input signal.
Sampling frequency: The sampling frequency is relatively high, reaching dozens of times per second or even higher, which can quickly and accurately collect the changes of analog signals and meet the real-time requirements of most industrial process controls.
Input impedance: For current input signals, the input impedance is usually less than 50Ω; For voltage input signals, the input impedance is usually greater than 10MΩ to ensure the accuracy and stability of the input signal.
Application scenarios
It is widely applied in the automatic control systems of industrial fields such as chemical engineering, power, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and textiles. In chemical production, it can be used to collect analog signals such as temperature, pressure and liquid level of the reaction vessel, providing accurate data for the control system to achieve precise control of the production process. In the power system, it can be used to monitor the operating parameters of equipment such as generators and transformers, such as voltage, current and temperature, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
