Honeywell CC-TDIL11 digital input module
Input signal-related data
Voltage range: The working voltage is 24V DC, and the acceptable input voltage range is 18-30V DC. The detection voltage in the “on” state is a minimum of 13V DC and the current is a minimum of 3mA. The detection voltage in the “off” state is a maximum of 5V DC and the current is a maximum of 1.2mA.
Input impedance and delay: The input impedance is 4.2kΩ, and the absolute delay of the signal after passing through the input filter and isolation is 5ms±20%.
Channel characteristics: There are usually 32 input channels. Each channel is isolated from each other. The isolation voltage can reach 1500V AC rms or ±1500V DC, and photoelectric isolation technology is adopted. The channel can accept digital signals of 24V DC and supports TTL compatible signal levels.
Data Integrity and Diagnosis
Internal Diagnosis: The module features a wide range of internal diagnostic functions, capable of detecting data integrity and identifying and reporting open circuit conditions on site. For channels diagnosed as open circuits, even if there are seemingly effective process variables (PVS), they will be marked as “invalid” to prevent incorrect control actions.
Status indication: Generally speaking, there may be LED indicator lights on the module to show the input status of each channel. For example, a green light indicates that there is a signal input to the channel, that is, it is in the “ON” state. The green light going out indicates that there is no signal input to the channel, that is, it is in the “off” state. In addition, there may also be dedicated fault indicator lights. When the module detects internal faults (such as power failure, communication failure, etc.), the fault indicator light will come on.
