Main functions

Accurate counting

Flexible counting mode
It provides multiple counting modes, including unidirectional increasing counting, unidirectional decreasing counting and bidirectional counting modes. The one-way counting mode is suitable for simple quantity statistics, such as the accumulation or consumption of product quantities. The bidirectional counting mode can be used to measure physical quantities with directional changes, such as changes in position, and precisely determine the displacement of the object by counting forward and reverse pulses.

Event triggering and interruption function
A count threshold can be set. When the count reaches the preset threshold, the module can generate an event trigger signal to trigger the actions of other related devices or send notifications to the control system.
Supports interrupt functionality. When a specific counting event occurs, it can immediately interrupt the current program execution, prioritize tasks related to counting, and ensure a timely response to critical counting events.

Data processing and storage
It integrates a data processing unit internally, which can perform simple operations and analyses on counting data, such as calculating cumulative values, current values, differences, etc., and can provide some statistical information, such as maximum values, minimum values, average values, etc., facilitating users to further process and analyze counting data.
It has an internal memory of a certain capacity, which can store counting data and related configuration information. The data storage has a power-off protection function. Even in the event of a power outage in the system, it can ensure the security and integrity of the data, so that the previous counting data can be used again after the system resumes operation.
