Product information
Honeywell CC-PDOD51 digital output module
Electrical characteristics
Output type: Usually transistor output, suitable for high-speed switching and DC load control.
Output voltage: Generally 24V DC, with a certain voltage tolerance range allowed, such as ±10%, to adapt to different power supply fluctuation situations.
Output current: The rated output current of each channel is usually around 0.5A – 1A. The specific value may vary slightly depending on the product version, which can meet the driving requirements of most small load devices.
Short-circuit current: When a short-circuit fault occurs, the module can generally withstand a short-circuit current of several amperes. It also has a short-circuit protection mechanism that can quickly cut off the output to protect the module and other devices.
Isolation characteristics: The isolation voltage between the input and output, and between channels is usually 1500V AC rms or higher, ensuring electrical safety and anti-interference capability.
Channel configuration
Number of channels: It usually has 16 or 32 digital output channels, the specific number is determined by the product model, and multiple external devices can be controlled simultaneously.
Channel resolution: Digital output with two states, namely 0 (low level) and 1 (high level), which can precisely control the switching state of external devices.
Communication parameters
Communication interface: Supports multiple communication protocols. Common ones include Profibus-DP, Modbus RTU, etc.
Communication rate: For the Profibus-DP interface, the communication rate can be adaptive within the range of 9.6kbps to 12Mbps. For the Modbus RTU interface, the commonly used communication rates include 9600bps, 19200bps, etc., which can be configured according to the actual application scenarios.
Working conditions
Operating temperature: Generally ranging from -20 ℃ to +70℃. Within this temperature range, the module can operate stably, ensuring that its performance is not affected by the ambient temperature.
Storage temperature: Usually -40 ℃ to +85℃. The module can be stored within this wider temperature range when not in operation.
Humidity range: The working humidity is generally 5% – 95% without condensation, ensuring that the module can operate normally in different humidity environments and is not affected by damp conditions.
