Processor: Using Intel Pentium M processor, the main frequency has 1.1GHz, 1.4GHz and 1.8GHz three options, with good heat dissipation characteristics, 1.4GHz and 1.8GHz options have 2Mbyte level 2 cache, 1.1GHz option is 1Mbyte level 2 cache.
Memory: Up to 1.5Gbyte DDR SDRAM, optional ECC support, to ensure the stability and accuracy of data storage. At the same time, CompactFlash up to 2Gbyte can be accessed through the secondary IDE port and can be configured as a boot device, and the system BIOS and video BIOS are provided by reprogrammable flash memory.

Communication interface
Ethernet interface: Using Intel 82546EB’s dual Gigabit Ethernet interface, one port is connected to the front panel, the second port is connected to P2, and both Gigabit Ethernet can be routed to the optional P0 port that supports VITA 31.1. There is also a 10/100Mbit Ethernet port on the front panel that uses the Intel 82551ER.
Serial ports: Four 16550-compatible serial ports, with an RJ45 port on the front panel, ports with separate 16-byte FIFO supporting baud rates up to 115Kbaud, all ports can be configured to RS232/422.
USB interface: 4 USB2.0 ports, supporting asynchronous data transfer, asynchronous information transfer, self-identification and configuration of peripheral devices, and dynamic (hot) connection.
Expansion capability: Has a 5V PMC expansion slot (IEEE 1386.1) for function expansion.

Other characteristics
Supports Windows® XP, Windows 2000, VxWorks®, QNX, and Linux® operating systems to meet the software requirements of different users.
Intel 855GME provides SVGA and DVI-I graphics support for easy image display and processing.
Programmable timers, including two 16-bit timers and two 32-bit timers, are fully software-programmable to generate PCI bus interrupts, and programmable interspaced watchdog timers to trigger interrupts and board resets.
