GE 489-P1-LO-A20-T generator management relay
Power supply parameter
Control power supply: Support low voltage input, usually 20-60V DC or 20-48V AC power supply, frequency range 48-62Hz, can operate stably under a variety of different power system voltage conditions.
Current parameter
Phase current input: Suitable for 1A phase CT secondary power supply, it can accurately measure the phase current of the generator and provide accurate current signals for protection and control functions.
Analog output: The analog output is a 4-20mA standard signal, which facilitates the transmission of internal measured electrical parameters and other information to other external devices, such as data acquisition systems or other monitoring devices.
Protection function parameter
With comprehensive protection functions, Including but not limited to overcurrent protection (high set phase overcurrent, negative sequence overcurrent, ground overcurrent, etc.), voltage protection (overvoltage, undervoltage, neutral line overvoltage / Undervoltage, frequency protection (over frequency, under frequency) and thermal overload protection, RTD (stator, bearing, environment, etc.) protection, low forward power protection, reverse power protection, reactive power protection, distance component protection, loss of magnetic protection, etc., can effectively protect the generator from various faults.
Communication parameter
Generally supports a variety of communication protocols, such as Modbus RTU, DNP 3.0, etc., to facilitate communication with other devices or systems, to achieve remote monitoring, parameter setting, fault diagnosis and other functions.
Input/output parameter
Digital input: There are usually multiple optical isolation digital inputs, which can receive external switching signals for detecting various states of the generator, such as circuit breaker position, tool brake position, etc.
Output relays: Equipped with a number of Form-C output relays, can be used to control external equipment, such as tripping coils, alarm devices, etc., to achieve the protection and control of the generator.
Voltage transformer input: There are four voltage transformer inputs, three of which are used for generator end voltage monitoring, one is used for neutral line voltage monitoring, in order to accurately measure the generator end voltage and neutral line voltage, to provide voltage signals for protection and control functions.
