Functional characteristics
Multiple measurement functions: Multiple parameters of vibration can be measured, such as displacement, velocity and acceleration. Through the internal signal processing circuit, it can accurately calculate and display the corresponding vibration parameter values according to the type and characteristics of the input signal, and provide comprehensive data support for the equipment state evaluation.
Alarm and protection function: with adjustable alarm threshold, when the measured vibration value exceeds the preset alarm level, the instrument will issue an audible and visual alarm signal to remind the operator to pay attention to the operating status of the equipment in time. In addition, it can also output signals through relays to trigger protective actions of external devices, such as stopping, cutting off power, etc., to prevent equipment damage due to excessive vibration.
Signal processing and filtering: The built-in advanced signal processing algorithm and filter can filter the input vibration signal, remove noise and interference signals, and improve the accuracy and reliability of measurement. At the same time, the signal can also be integrated, differential and other operations to meet different types of sensors and measurement needs.
Display and operation interface: equipped with a clear digital display, can intuitively display the current measured vibration parameter value, alarm status and other information. The operation interface is simple and clear. You can easily set parameters and select functions by pressing buttons or knobs. It is easy to use and maintain.
Technical parameter
Input signals: Support many types of input signals, such as the charge signal of the accelerometer, the voltage signal of the speed sensor and the eddy current signal of the displacement sensor. The input signal range varies according to different sensor types, for example for accelerometers, a charge signal of 0.1-100mV /g is usually accepted.
Measurement range: The displacement measurement range is generally 0-250mil (mil), the velocity measurement range is 0-25in /s (inch/second), and the acceleration measurement range is 0-10g (acceleration of gravity). The specific measurement range can be selected and adjusted according to the actual application requirements.
Accuracy: The measurement accuracy is high, usually within ±1% of the full scale, which can meet the accuracy requirements of most industrial equipment vibration monitoring.
Output signals: A variety of output signals are available, including analog outputs (such as 4-20mA current signals) and digital outputs (such as RS-485 communication interfaces). The analog output can be used to connect other monitoring equipment or recorders, and the digital output is convenient to communicate with the computer or PLC control system to achieve remote monitoring and data management.
