Functional characteristics
Accurate measurement: The vibration parameters of rotating machinery can be accurately measured to provide accurate data for equipment status assessment. Technical parameter
Input characteristics: It can receive signal input from acceleration sensor, speed sensor or displacement sensor to adapt to different types of vibration measurement needs. The input signal range is usually ±5V or ±10V, depending on the sensor type and configuration.
Measurement accuracy: It has a high measurement accuracy, usually between ±0.1% and ±0.5% of the full scale, which can accurately reflect the vibration state of the equipment.
Output signal: Provide analog output (such as 4-20mA current signal) and digital output (such as RS485, Profibus-DP and other communication interfaces) for connection and data interaction with other devices. The analog output can be used to directly drive the external display device or recording instrument, while the digital output is easy to communicate with the upper computer control system to realize more complex monitoring and control functions.
Operating temperature range: Generally can work stably in a wide temperature range, usually -40 °C to + 85°C, to adapt to different industrial environmental conditions.
Power requirements: The working power supply is usually 24VDC, which has good power adaptability and stability to ensure the reliable operation of the module under various power conditions.
