Functional characteristics
Multi-channel monitoring: With 4 input channels, data acquisition can be carried out at multiple monitoring points at the same time to achieve comprehensive monitoring of vibration, displacement and other parameters of different parts of rotating machinery.
A variety of measurement functions: can receive the input of Bentley displacement sensor, each channel can be configured with radial vibration, axial displacement, differential expansion, axis eccentricity and other functions through configuration software, providing rich data support for equipment status assessment.
Signal processing and comparison: the input signal is processed to generate a variety of measured values, and the processed signal is compared with the user programmable alarm setting point, real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, and timely detection of abnormal conditions.
Alarm function: Drive the alarm system to protect the machine by continuously comparing the current value of the machine vibration with the alarm value in the configuration. The static value of each channel has a well-configured warning alarm value, and every two static values can also configure a danger alarm value, and the alarm delay time can be set by software.
