Module BENTLY 3500/25 184684-01
The BENTLY 3500/25 184684-01 is a half-height dual-channel enhanced bond phase module in the 3500 system.
Similar to other 3500/25 series modules, the input signal from the proximity detector or magnetic receiver is received and converted into a digital key phase signal indicating that the key phase marker on the shaft coincides with the key phase sensor, which can be used to measure shaft speed and phase. With field updatable firmware and asset management data reporting function, it can generate event signals per revolution from the input signals of multiple events, providing the system with accurate timing measurements, such as shaft speed, 1x vibration amplitude and phase vector parameters.
Technical specifications: Size, about 16cm×16cm×12cm; Weight about 0.75kg. Operating temperature range is -30 °C to 85°C. The input signal range is similar to other 3500/25 modules, generally + 0.8V to -21.0V for non-isolated I/O modules and + 5V to -11V for isolated I/O modules. Other electrical parameters, such as power consumption, are similar to those of conventional 3500/25 modules, with typical values of about 3.2 watts.
System compatibility: In the 3500 machine protection system, four key phase signals can be accepted in a normal configuration and eight key phase signals can be accepted in a paired configuration. It can communicate well with other BENTLY Nevada 3500 system modules, and in special cases such as triple module redundancy (TMR) applications, it can cooperate with other key phaser modules to provide primary and standby key phase signals.
Application scenario: Widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and other industries need to accurately monitor the running status of rotating equipment scenarios, such as large motor, steam turbine, compressor and other equipment status monitoring and fault diagnosis, by providing accurate key phase information, help maintenance personnel timely grasp the running status of equipment, detect potential faults in advance, and ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment.
